I can't seem to reply to your post, but as the guy whose parents make these, I'm sorry to hear that happened man... :(

EDIT: my folks said if you email them a photo of the damage, and what happened, they could replace it. we're working on a new, more durable design right now anyway, I've been stress testing it :P
